Shipping Policy

  • We currently deliver across India.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS where applicable.
  • We take utmost care in securely packaging every Idolize creation to ensure safe delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Return & Replacement Policy

As our products are precious metal items, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, certificates, invoices, and tags.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Normal variations in handcrafted products
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage

Refund Policy

After the returned product has been inspected and approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped, subject to availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend taking photographs before opening the parcel and contacting us immediately.

Precious Metal Disclaimer

As our creations are handcrafted using precious metals, slight variations in finish, texture, or detailing are natural and should not be considered defects. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
